Change Athletics South Africa domicile rule for Athletes
Runners within the same province ie EC, Gauteng or KZN should be allowed to affiliate within any athletics governing body operating in their respective province regardless of where they reside. If a runner wants to join EPA or Border, where they reside shouldn't matter as long as they are within the same province as prescribed by the South African Governemnt
