Changing of the complex rules to a child friendly complex

This petition is to request the trustees of 66 on High to make an active effort to stop the abuse of the rules by a few members to target children from enjoying their right of access to common property as envisioned by not only the rules but also by the initial reason for buying a unit in a child friendly complex.

The abuse of the complaint system and the subsequent administration fee that is charged because of unsubstantiated and unconfirmed complaints by a few members of the body corporate should be reviewed and dealt with decisively by the trustees.

Failure to do so by the trustees by the AGM in 2026 will result in legal action being taken to force our request and the legal cost will be for the personal account of the said trustees in terms of the STMA.
