Children of Tshikhodobo village deserve primary School like other village.

While we acknowledge and appreciate government efforts to address infrastructure backlogs, building a new primary school in Tshikhodobo may take time.

We therefore plead with the Limpopo Department of Basic Education to take the following immediate interim measure:

  • Provide dedicated scholar transport for all primary learners from Tshikhodobo Village to Tshikwarani Primary schools which is khogonyani, muengedzi and Matitavhela Primary School in Tshikwarani.
  • Prioritize the budgeting and construction of a primary school within Tshikhodobo Village to ensure long-term, sustainable access to education.

These children  walk almost 15km to reach those school in Tshikwarani and walk through bush without supervision, our children should not have to risk their lives to go to school.

Access to safe education is not a privilege — it is a constitutional right.
