Cinemas to promote wittertainment code of conduct
We the undersigned love films and visiting the cinema but have been concerned for some time about the lack of respect sometimes shown by fellow filmgoers during cinema performances. We would therefore suggest that all cinemas adopt and promote a familar set of rules for all cinema goers to adhere to that can help make cinema visiting as enjoyable an experience as possible. The following rules are ones that a number of us use and enjoy, promoted by film critic Mark Kermode on the Mark Kermode and Simon Mayo radio 5 live film review show. We would therefore request that all cinema companies adopt and promote the wittertainement code of conduct in all their cinema outlets for the benefit of everyone
