City dogs home improvement

We are asking people to please sign this petition so that the city dogs home in bucknall makes some improvements to the dogs living conditions. They are given dirty water they have only a plastic bed and a blanket. No toys, no treats. Half of them are sick or too thin. When winter comes around there is no heating for them during the day they are laid on the cold concrete floor of the cennel. The more people who sign this petition the more chance we have of improving these poor dogs living conditions. Thank you
