We, the undersigned residents, property owners, community members, parents,
congregants, and stakeholders of Salberau and the broader Elsies River area,
hereby express our opposition to the proposed liquor licence application of
3ON3 Sports Bar (Pty) Ltd at 3 Aurora Crescent, Salberau, Elsies River.
We believe that the establishment of a sports bar at this location is likely to have
a negative impact on community safety, public order, places of worship,
childcare facilities, families, and the general well-being of residents.
By signing this petition, we respectfully request the Western Cape Liquor
Authority and the Liquor Licensing Tribunal to refuse the application in the
interest of our community.
