Re: Re: Re: Re:

#393: Straight talk - Re: Re: Re:

So let me get this straight.   The wages in the TA were going to be higher than Delta and United, but you voted the TA down because you wanted wages that were comparable to Delta and United?   Also, you voted no because you don't like that we are serving from snack baskets on some F/C flights.  So you feel that you can dictate to management how to run American Airlines from a labor position?   You're going to teach them how to run a profitable airline, because, since you serve drinks on an airplane, you know so much more than them?   I have serious concerns about your mental well being.  And based on the spelling and grammar errors in your post, I can only assume you are drunk, or suffer from mental retardation.  This petition is a joke, your posts are a joke, and you are a joke.  You are a meathead...........dead from the neck up.

Re: Re: Re: Re: Re:

#401: - Re: Re: Re: Re:  400 divided membership

Laura, you divided the membership. You did not fairly integrate Reno and TWA creating hostile factions. Then you supported management and stripped the rest of their good contract. Now the LUS group is seeing your true colors.

This petition is a unified rebellion. You created the mess!

There was a resolution passed where every single board member voted yes to endorse this T?A and put it to a vote.

When I pay my hard earned money for someone to represent me as a group of hard working, loyal employees; I would hope for more than this.
If this was your son, daughter, wife, husband, would you want them to be taken over by corporate BIG business. Where the rich get richer, and the employees who build the company day in and day out are not even recognized.
It's the most basic rule in business, happy employees means much more green. Follow Virgin America... I rest my case.

Done with you LG
Guest#409 Dec 02, 2014, 14:58
She clearly has demonstrated a conflict of interest on several occasions and doesn't represent the members in the best way she can. She has lost my trust and respect as many others have expressed.

POST 401

I reconize your writing, your bullying. I know who you are. Would you like me to post your empolyee number. I will say it as I did a few years back. Be nice. Dont be a Tony and make me fly out there. Chaos chaos is the only way to stop the propaganda queens! 112 million is all they have but yet they were going to give us extra cause we werent going to get profit shairing????What a bunch FUBAR. Dont buy into the spin. Unity is not a secreat deal behind your brothers back! AA has been doing this and started with PAT Gibbs esq (LAA)years ago. In house union is to easily curruptable. Vote for a new union

USMC#412 Dec 04, 2014, 15:45

were screwed no matter what.

"APFA argued for a "me too" clause for profit sharing, meaning that if another workgroup on AA’s property is given a profit sharing plan, APFA has the option of reducing the wage rates by $50 million per year (the value allotted for profit sharing in our proposal) and adopting such profit sharing plan".

Do you all see the spin here? Profits are speculative. We dont know what they will be. Why should we have a me to for profit sharing but the take a 50 mil cut on wages. They are going to get there way no matter what. We are screwed. all we can do is a get an outside union and hope for the best next negociation.

Re: were screwed no matter what.

#412: USMC - were screwed no matter what.

AA is making los of money and not in bsnkrupcy. We should get the

raise and profit sharing.  Why does the company call the shots?

Guest#414 Dec 05, 2014, 01:24
It saddens me to sign this. I have been a huge supporter of the union and Laura, but enough is enough. I never thought I would see the day when I couldn't trust my own union!
Guest#415 Dec 05, 2014, 01:42
Let's get her out.
Guest#416 Dec 05, 2014, 05:48

I was holding off to sign this petition but after this ULRTA FAST arbitration hearing, where it seemed apparent that our union is no longer fighting for us, I feel compelled to ask for a change in leadership!
APFA did the work for the arbitrators by slashing our wages and by NOT demanding profit sharing! We will be the ONLY major airline, who does not get to share the success to which we contribute to every single day!

Guest#417 Dec 05, 2014, 15:24
Her success in creating a disunion is evident from our divided vote on the TA. She accomplishes nothing but concessions and is not savvy enough to fight for us. She was also on the team that negotiated our 2003 concession. Tired of hearing what we can't get when we can get, and deserve more. When the company plays dirty, we should too. Even if its not "legal". The pilots did a sick out why didn't we? Also when talked to her team on behalf of many at my base about other issues with the hotel department and the only answer I got was "that's not a priority." As a union member I believe every issue we have is a priority.

Not sure if this will help - but it sure can't hurt!
Guest#423 Dec 05, 2014, 16:25
I do not believe that Laura Glading has represented the Flight Attendants best interest in negotiating our contract.
Guest#424 Dec 05, 2014, 16:59
Unfair practices never viewed the opinion of the membership.
