May ALLAH guide the idiots on this forum who are making a fool of themselves and the deen by using this site in order to fight and argue instead of comment against itv.

Re: Ppl please think about the consequences of your posts.

#342: R PPL GON CRAZY? -

Lol. I'm absolutely certain that the new paticipants on the last two pages are just kids..... Faizal ali and muslima made a wise decision to get out of this debate. There are some really great posts here and i think everyone should realise that by just repeating statements and making useless arguments they're giving the entire debate a stupid foolish look and burying all the good posts underneath the surface. As someone mentioned before: If you have nothing to say, remain silent

ABDULLAH#344 Aug 12, 2012, 20:39

You dont blame people for airing there are gripes besides ITV on this site. For too long peopple have been bottled up. The explosion of resent is justified when one looks at it from the point of view that it the ITV Moulana's are the same clique who run the Radio Islam station. I am from KZN. Just see how they used Moulana Yunus Patel Rahmatullah when it suited them. Since Moulana is no more, why dont ML. Sulaiman Ravat and company narrate with gutso Moulana Yunus views on TV? They just pretend that they are neutral referees. When it suited them, Mufti Rada-ul-Haq was the Chief Mufti in South Africa. Why don't they air his views now on TV. The debate on this site has proved to be a real eye opener to me at least.

Jazakala, raffick. You are 100% right. I have been thinking a lot about this radio station. First when anyone used to phone in and sincerely ask a question which was embarrasing to them, then the lines would go garbar and the listeners would be informed that their a is a technical fault. But how many technical faults can there be on a radios station that wins so many awards. The latest trick is to tell the person phoning in to come to the office and contact the Molana privately. How can i drive from middelburg to come to the Sanha or Radio office to discuss something which is in the interest of the public? Why cant they explain what they wish to tell me in the office on air?

The radio station was completely different when it just started. As i mentioned earlier, you could actually feel the sincerity and piety of the ulama and presenters. There wasn't all this constant competitions and hardly any women at all. The programs were held in accordance to the shariah. Now the condition is really sad... forget the abiya in cartoon form on ITV - radio islaam has, or at least had in the days when we used to listen, muslims actually playing out stories of the prophets and pretending to be hazrat moosa A.S, Safoora A.S and even fir'oun. Na'oozubillah! How can a muslim even in play fashion utter the blasphemy and kufr that fir'oun did? They had the stories of all the prophets like that and to me its the highest form of disrespect to the great and noble prophets and sahaaba (may Allah have mercy on all of them.I remember on thursday nights, they used to have riddle solving or something. The male presenter used to joke with females who used to call in and discuss issues which had nothing to do with islaam i.e the red sea, how long human being's toe nails take to grow etc. It was really sick considering that its the greatest night of the week which supposed to be utilized in order to make ibaadat. I believe there's much worse things going on now. One just can't understand what these ulama are after.....
