#75: Guest - Thankful that Walmart is going in here. The property is already zoned for other businesses such as club pole dancers. Much rather have a grocery store than an all night party or dance club. Talk about crime and all night noise!

What have you got to gain from this venture?

Yes, many other types of businesses with current zoning can go in.  However,  club with pole dances or dance clubs is NOT what is allowed.  Get your facts straight.

Walmart is NOT better.

We do NOT need any more Walmarts.  There are many existing places that one can get a few grocery items.  NO NEED FOR THIS WALMART.
