ITS ABOUT TIME SOMEBODY DID SOMETHING ABOUT THE STRIKE ACTION!!
Guest#229 Apr 09, 2014, 08:10
I think the unions are using the people to get something else. It is not really about the money. There is rumors about the Chinese people want to take over the mines
MADI#230 Apr 09, 2014, 08:13
PLEASE END THE STRIKE GOVERNMENT TO INTERVENE
Guest#231 Apr 09, 2014, 08:13

The members run the unions. The members can stop the strike if they decide to stand together.
Guest#233 Apr 09, 2014, 08:16
Only GOD can now CARRY us to do the rite thing PRAY, PRAY, PRAY and let GOD assist us.
Guest#234 Apr 09, 2014, 08:21
This is absolutely ridiculous . I don't think Amcu thought this through , because how can they allow so much suffering,to what extend ??? To just create more poverty , because this is exactly what's happening now ,the poor is getting poorer and it will create just more crime cos people need to survive !!!
Guest#235 Apr 09, 2014, 08:27

Guest#239 Apr 09, 2014, 08:38
You already lost 2 months' salary think of your families and do the right thing by returning to work. Dont believe all the promises you might endup with NO JOB!
Guest#240 Apr 09, 2014, 08:42
Is it true that the strikers who stays in the mine hostels still have a warm bed to sleep in en being fed daily? Why should they return to work? They are not the ones looking into hungry eyes, trying to explain that there is no money.
GT#241 Apr 09, 2014, 08:42

Striking

Guest#242 Apr 09, 2014, 08:44
I have a customer who is also directly affected by this strike as they can't get any work from Lonmin.
Guest#243 Apr 09, 2014, 08:46
Get the Unions to subsidise the workers salary while workers are on strike. Workers support the Unions in work times, let the Union support the workers in strike times.
Guest#244 Apr 09, 2014, 08:46
Our economy is suffering and families are badly affected
Guest#245 Apr 09, 2014, 08:47
If only people (of any race or culture) realize how difficult it is to find employment out there, they would look after what they have and do the best they can to keep it, how do the powers that be, allow these people to strike, cripple our economy and still keep their jobs? when there are so many people on the unemployment waiting list, why not kick them out, and get people that will do the job? because of a union that wants the best for his supporter? is this not just pathetic? it is the same as a doctor poisoning his patient, just because he is a doctor, does not mean the patient wont die, these unions are asking there supporters to stop working, slowly killing the economy either way, by not working and by demanding a very high entry level salary, its a catch 22... why can the powers that be not catch a wake up and sort this situation out by empowering people that are willing to work, not the people that demand it, because eishhhh...its the right thing to do, really?
GT#246 Apr 09, 2014, 09:00

Sorry comrade, but if you go and have a look at that peoples salaries and working hours, they realy

Guest#247 Apr 09, 2014, 09:02
This has to stop , person who don't want to work can sit at home don't prevent others who want to work and need to work to sit at home. We don't need this in our lives
Guest#248 Apr 09, 2014, 09:04
THE STRIKE NEED TO END ASAP!!!!
Guest#249 Apr 09, 2014, 09:11
Guest#250 Apr 09, 2014, 09:17
