Excellent idea. I think the Amber Alert needs to be expanded. Good luck on this endeavor.

I understand the fear that too many amber alerts will mean that people quit hearing them, but there HAS to be a way to put out an alert when a child disappears with no witnesses, in a situation outside the guidelines. Kaytlynn Cargill was in danger and an alert might have saved her life.
