ban fireworks in ALL residential area's

People should be able to choose whether they want to be subjected to the noise and terroro of fireworks, it should not just be thrust upon everyone!

Because our furry kids are family and they don't deserve this!

I cannot belief that people can be so self -centered and do not think of the animals. People are cruel and disrespectful to animals if they buy fireworks. Rather use that money for a good cause.

I signed this petition as I firstly cannot stand the sound of crackers blowing secondly I have a 16 day old grand daughter that cried in fear every time one of those bloody things went off and thirdly despite having given my animals calming meds so many idiots where blowing crackers that they clawed at us to pick them up I don't even want to know how many pets got injured or killed with this senseless and against the law blowing of crackers!

 I think you're overreacting a little. Fireworks are beautiful.

I also own cats and dogs. They go totally mad and it's difficult to control them.
Nowadays they even run with the sound of slamming doors and is afraid of thunder that they never were before

Hate the unnecessary suffering of animals.

I have an elderly (74) mom with a heart condition (which poses serious risk at sudden shock) and 3 severely traumatised dogs after inconsiderate Christmas and new years celebration.

The cruelty of animals that are so frightened, run away and get hurt or lost! Horrific consequenses!

what a waste of money, besides the harm they do

Because I am an owner of pets and it is not only the pets who are traumatised I have a grand child 5 months old and she was also traumatised by the fireworks going off in the neighborhood.

For the animals who don't understand

Hate what it does to pets, birds, wildlife as well as our aged people.

Smoking in public illegal. Drinking and driving is illegal. Why do you allow to fire crackers and the importing off it?

Our animals go through a lot of trauma every year.
