If you are upset by this picture, imagine all the pictures you don't see. These animals need help!! Laws must be put in place to protect these defenseless creatures. There is NO hope for a civilized society without animal cruelty laws and the animals have no hope without everyone's help. This is terribly inhumane and this person should be dragged in the same manner. I was just wondering the people who took this video could they not do anything to help this poor dog.I am sure If it was me I would have rammed this idiot on the side of his car to get him to stop the suffering of this poor dog. :(
