I feel all players should have email access as many of the issues we experience are issues that can't be fixed without Zynga being involved and for a free game to only give support to those who are V.I.P or spend real cash is unfair when the game has so many issues that can only be fixed via Zynga, as the support forum is clearly not monitored daily by staff and issues that are reported are addressed whereas with email support they would be addressed and some fixed simply and by one email so I feel email support should be standard for all players.

I am ready to quit playing because I have had so many problems with no way to report them.Over and over.It's been years since I could share a level up with anyone.I most of the time I can't get anything to post from the game.It's very hard to play with no help.Please allow us to have solutions to our game issues.Not all of us are rich enough to afford to pay for that.

I am a VIP but feel that Zynga needs to sort out their game faults and problems for free to all there should never be a discussion on money gain for this service - all should have equal rights until we play the game

customer service should be for all. Not everyone has free money to give and you offered the game for free.IF YOU DONT WANT TO GIVE FREE HELP THEN CHANGE THE STATUS OF GAME PLAY TO IF YOU WANNA PLAY THEN PAY

It sux when you have a problem with the game and you can't let anyone know. the forums are a load of BS as far as getting problems resolved. I play the game because I like it and it's free or at least used to be for most of us.

Costumer support should be available to everyone. Not just the people that have money to spend on the game. If we all left the game, except for the "credit card" players, Mafia Wars would fold. Simple as that.

Every player has the right to be spoken to VIP or not. I remember when I was not VIP but had issues and needed help. I even bought a few rps that means I should be a valued player. non vip members now that get help might mean they could become future members think avout and give them the help they deserve/\.
