the young children because having acquired a disease thru smoking is somewhat similar by losing your brighter future

Need to make the sales of individual sticks illegal by sari sari stores. Maybe that will have more of an effect on the lower income smokers. In Australia where I spend much time, the packets are very expensive, forcing people to think twice about the affordability of such a vice. Also, the taxes are, in theory at least, put back into the health system to help those who have been affected by cancers and other smoking related health problems.
