Because this is not a tobacco product and it helps people get off of tobacco in which that's what America has hammered down on us for years! Now that there is a solution they want to find a way to destroy that and still be back at square one, instead of changing lives and giving people better living! Plus it's better for the environment of others as it hardly produces any type of second hand ingestion! If you really want to complain then how about auto pollution destroying the ozone layer!
