When a 14 year old carries a gun he should know it is a potential lethal weapon. When he chose to use that weapon against another person and took that persons life, destroying a family, he should be treated as adult and the serious offense it is. It is not like he committed some child's play. He wanted to act big, now treat him that way. I want justice for Jacob. My heart goes out to the entire family and the younger brother who witnessed and will relive this tragedy. |
