Guest	/ #14 2016-06-26 07:36 I am disgusted that the charges have been downgraded from murder to manslaughter, when the victim is so young as to be unable to defend himself. The horror of what he went through must not be allowed to happen again. The perpetrators of this murder should be jailed for as long as is possible under law.
