La plainte doit être bien formulé pour être entendu et cela me demande du temps et faut que je sois certaine de mes mots et arguments...mais dites-vous bien que j'y travaille. Surtout ne lâché pas continuer a faire circuler. Merci et si vous avez des suggestions qui peuvent et auront du poids et bien je suis très ouverte je ne fais rien contre une enveloppe.... |
