Halt the appointment of CB Maintenance controller

This appointment has not been included in the 2023 proposed budget, which has not yet been approved by the homeowners of Capricorn Beach Complex.
This should be addressed as an agenda point in the 2023 AGM.

This appointment will further fuel controversy around the current unapproved budget.
Such a major expense must be considered in consultation with the residents.
Labour appointments cannot be undone easily and therefore entered into carefully.
The process must also be transparent, which this appointment is not.
Who is the person earmarked for this appointment?
What is the job description and related qualifications for this job?
Is an existing staff member/trustee/ex-trustee/ex-staff member being considered, who will be upskilled if required?
