Helmet in dressage also
Did you now that of 156 persons that com in to the hospital with haed injurnies after that they fall of the horse had only two ride with helmet! Eaven 4 persons die every year because they had fall of the horse!
The minimum we can do are that you need to compite with helmet even in dressage on internationsal competision.
