Jackie's Wine Memorial Cross

We are starting a petition to go against Charleston Township President  Francis Bell.  We put a Memorial Cross up at the crash scene and Francis Bell throw the flowers in the trash and put the cross next to the trash,  he said " they have a two week policy and that's long enough." We just want to start a petition to to make it so my moms cross can stay up and not get thrown away!
