Leith Road Flooding
We, the residents of Leith Road and surrounding streets hereby demand that the MEC of COGTA and the Portfolio Committee of COGTA investigates the reason why Leith Road in Bartlett, Boksburg, Ekurhuleni, has not been upgraded. Leith Road requires a new stormwater system and the road needs to be rebuilt. The upgrade has been on the IDP for 8 years. We insist on a response within 90 days from date of submission of this petition.
