Letter of peace required
This is a petition to apply for a letter of peace against the man residing at 17 Sparrman Road, Franciss Evatt Park in Port Elizabeth.
This man is constantly throwing rocks at neighbors yards, windows and dogs. There has been a lot of cases involving him shouting at community members and children, the damaging of property and reckless driving.
We would like him to stop this bad behavior as this is endangering our life's.
Please take the time to sign this petition in order for all of us to have peace of mind in our neighborhood.
