Open Pelican Crossing Pools

We the people of Pelican Crossing Subdivision are signing this petition to open our pools we pay for now rather than later. Every year in the past the pools have opened mid April. Except this year. The pools do not have cooling pumps therefore if waited to be open, get too hot to swim in. Weekly pool maintenance is not that expensive for the 900 homes in this neighborhood that pay $400 a year. In previous years when there was only 3 streets in the neighborhood and the same cost in dues, pools were open longer. There is no change except we have MORE money. We are not to blame for the people who have not paid their dues. The ones that HAVE paid their dues deserve access to what they pay for. If you agree to open the pools now, sign this petition with us.
