Country Club of Paducah

We, the undersigned Paducah club members, oppose the board putting any permanent pickle ball lines on the indoor tennis courts, or making one permanent indoor pickle ball court for the following reasons:

• USTA matches can not officially be played on tennis courts that have pickle ball lines. We need all four indoor courts for match play.
• We hired a new tennis pro to bolster our tennis program.  He has done a great job so far and we need all of the indoor courts for these events
• In the past we have conducted fund raisers and tennis players have donated thousands of dollars for our tennis program to update the facility.   The funds were not raised to have our updates converted to pickle ball.
• Pickle ball is very loud and distracting to be played alongside tennis
• Multiple days/nights all four indoor courts are utilized for tennis
