Petition to Protect “Your” Financial Privacy
There is a proposal in the U.S. Congress that would require financial institutions to report to the IRS private account information. If passed, they would be required to report every deposit and/or withdrawal (personal and business) on accounts with balances greater than $600.00 WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION! The IRS would potentially use this data to audit you or accuse you of not paying your "fair share" of taxes, or possibly other uses or penalties. These intrusions into your privacy we oppose and if you are against this perposal please sign this petition that will be sent to our Congressional Representatives.
