REMOVE ROBIN SWANN FROM HIS POSITION AS HEALTH MINISTER!

Robin Swann has failed in his duties as health minister and as a result of those failures, we call for the immediate removal of Mr Swann from his post as Northern Ireland's health minister.

Mr Swann has continually advocated for lockdowns when the World health Organisation have stated that governments should not continue to implement lockdowns as they cause poverty which in turn results in long term detrimental impacts on the health and wellbeing of many people. His actions have resulted in the hospital trusts cancelling all outpatient appointments. This is having and will continue to have detrimental long term effects on many people's health and well being. People in hospitals and care homes are being isolated from their loved ones. Important surgeries and treatments are being denied to patients.
Mr Swanns harsh actions as minister of health are entirely disproportionate to the threat of the Virus and have resulted in the decline in the mental health and physical well being of many people in Northern Ireland.

Mr Swann also allows the department of health to misrepresent deaths as Covid whether or not Covid was the cause based on PCR tests that are well known to produce high false positive rates. It's important to note that a landmark court case in Portugal had ruled that the polymerase chain reaction test (PCR) used worldwide to diagnose COVID-19 was not fit for purpose. Most importantly, the judges ruled that a single positive PCR test cannot be used as an effective diagnosis of infection. “In their ruling, judges Margarida Ramos de Almeida and Ana Paramés referred to several scientific studies. Most notably this study by Jaafar et al., which found that – when running PCR tests with 35 cycles or more – the accuracy dropped to 3%, meaning up to 97% of positive results could be false positives. The ruling goes on to conclude that, based on the science they read, any PCR test using over 25 cycles is totally unreliable. Please also note that Mr Swann also allows hospital admissions to be misrepresented as Covid to the public based on these unreliable tests. Under his watch the department of health are defrauding the people of Northern Ireland with deaths and hospital admissions being misrepresented as Covid. 

Given the indisputable evidence of the unreliability of the PCR test and the fact that the executive are making detrimental decisions based on information presented by Mr Swann, it is incombent that the Stormont assembly immediately remove Mr Swann from his position as health minister. Basing policy decisions on tests that are not fit for purpose and the misrepresentation of deaths and hospital admissions as Covid carries a strong case for malfeasance in public office.
