Remove the large trees blocking our Lake View
The residents on the west side of N 173rd Ln have all paid a substantial premium for their lake view lots. Part of the attraction of the lake are the fountains but the views of the fountains are already blocked by pine trees. Over time, as these pine trees grow, more and more of the fountain and lake views will be obscured.
We request that these pine trees be relocated to another area where they will not block anyone's view. Along the south edge of the property would be an ideal location as the trees would help to create a sound barrier from the route 60 traffic.
