We, residents and tax payers in Alphen Park, Ashlea Gardens, Maroelana and Hazelwood demand that the City of Tshwane respond to your reporting of non working street lights and repair them. No street lights means dark road , which in turn means security risks as well as dangerous road conditions. Potholes which litter the streets cant be seen in the dark roads at night. We demand service delivery now.
