Request for Change of Classroom for BBA 5C Finance

Dear HOD Sir,

We, the students of BBA, 5C-Finance, would like to formally request a change of classroom for the upcoming semester. We have been assigned the same classroom, GEU CR44, for the past two consecutive semesters.

We understand that classroom allocation is subject to various constraints, however, we believe that a change of classroom is essential for the following reasons:

Inadequate Whiteboard Space: The whiteboard in the current classroom is significantly smaller than standard size, which hampers effective teaching and learning processes. It limits the ability of professors to write and explain concepts clearly, affecting our understanding of the subjects.

Uncomfortable Classroom Environment: The classroom is located on the top floor, making it extremely hot and uncomfortable during the summer months. The excessive heat negatively impacts our concentration and overall learning experience.

Insufficient Seating Space: The Classroom has insufficient Seating Space for a class which has a strength of over 100 students making it uncomfortable and suffocating for everyone present in the room.

We believe that a change of classroom will significantly improve our learning environment and enhance our academic performance. We kindly request your consideration of this matter and hope for a positive resolution.
