English: I'm sorry to have to tell you the City Hall of Sal is collecting dogs from the streets. The same driver who has helped us with the campaigns and works for the city hall is doing this for them. They are taken to the unfinished shelter in Palha Verde. City Hall does not seem to know how you can get your dog back (fine of what amount?) and what will happen to them if not fetched. But I have a very bad feeling... Killings are not the answer.
