Should centre made accountable for the Corona crisis in India

Many foreign countries like London have battled the second corona wave and the centre must have got some inputs about the Second Corona Wave. In spite of warnings from the experts, the govt did not pay any serious attention to it.They did not take any interest to analyze the situation and act accordingly. Instead of that, they choose to organize Kumb Mellas, Rallies and didn't even improve the medical infrastructure from the past one. year.Coming to the vaccine management that also mishandled by the centre.Exported vaccine without even analyzing the domestic usage in India. Many countries did not export vaccines until they made sure they are enough vaccines for its citizens. But our Govt did the opposite. Even though Govt has opened universal vaccination many states are claiming that they are not ready to open vaccination for all because of a shortage of vaccines. people are dying because of a lack of oxygen, medicines etc. Do we deserve this kind of crumbling health infrastructure and political decisions without any proper planning and strategy?

At last, it is citizens who are  bearing the brunt of the crisis
