SAMOA=CORRUPTION=DICTATORSHIP=BORROW MONEY FROM CHINA=TAKE YOUR FREEDOM=TAKE YOUR LAND=PORVERTY=NO RESPECT FOR OUR FOREFATHERS=GENERATIONS TO BE LEFT INDEBT=ANSWER is PM TUILAEPA.PM will see that this man Talalelei will be imprisoned for life or if his time is not numbered. There will be plots to kill this young man, because it has been seen on other platforms of social media. Respect has been tarnished so the people of Samoa are angry with this one individual Tala Pauga.
There will be no safeguard for Tala in Samoa’s prison, Tala Will not survive , Australia must protect the well being of their citizen Tala there is no simpler way of putting it. It will be a one way ticket to his grave if extradited, sad but true.

The Samoan government and prime minister are crook. Their decision making are unfair, because the judges, lawyers and all the people working in the court room will obey the Prime Minister of Samoa and his final decision on what will happen; no questions asked.Dave Enoka (Auckland , 2020-10-18)

The Human Rights Act is there to protect the rights of the people here in Australia. Where is the due diligence from the Australian Govt to protect their own? Especially if there is no merit to these allegations. They need to thoroughly investigate and keep in mind that they have the power to protect this innocent man's life. It is his human right to be allowed proper council and they need to be applying for bail. He poses no threat to the Australian public! He has a family and children, it's time to treat him with some humanity and humility. He should not be extradited. Prayers to him and his family at this time.Subrina Crawley (Pormpuraaw, 2020-10-19)

Samoa is struggling under the leadership of the current PM. People are so poor they don't even realise their lands are being sold to China for what little returns they get. Tala has not committed a crime. This is one way this PM is abusing his power. Please stop the foreign aid to Samoa it's money for him and his goons. Watch their electiin they are paying people. Samoan Prime Minister Tuilaepa Sailele Lemalielegaoi is so corrupted and he has jailed Innocent people from overseas once they arrive in Samoa that spoke up or as whistle blower to spread his wrong doing and his thieving ways to their customary land. Especially peaceful protesters and those that Facebook publicly his Corruption from their own overseas country of residency and citizens of New Zealand, Australia and also threatened to USA Samoan citizens. I’m signing this petition because the Samoan government is so corrupt there is no chance of a fair trial for Tala Pauga in Samoa, the prime minister rule the country like he owned people a lot of people have been put in jail because the prime minster said so if you speak your mind and said something about how corrupt the government is you’ll go to jail your right as a Samoan citizen is taken awayTanya Lealaiauloto (Utah, 2020-10-19)

Everyone deserves a fair trial. Co-conspiracy is something that needs to be proved beyond reasonable doubt and I’m not understanding why our Australian Government has done this unless they have highly damning evidence. Even so - he is a resident of this country so he should be tried here.Theresa Mauli (Newcastle, 2020-10-19)

I'm signing because I stand with him in the matter of corruption by the Prime minister of Samoa. The government of Samoa is so corrupt that he will not be given a fair trial. He is a citizen of Australia and has well and truly put in his share of paying tax, Tala has never been the kind of citizen who relies on government support. He is a hard working citizen and He has young children who needs him around.
