Stalybridge Civic Hall Hire Fees

This is a petition to request that the hire fees for Stalybridge Civic Hall (The Old Market Hall), the heart of our community, be reduced to allow it to beat again.

Stalybridge needs local events and the Civic Hall is our only venue - sadly it's doors remain closed for most of the year.  Over the last year a local business woman and resident of Stalybridge has created and established a very popular and fabulous Handmade Market in the hall.  Due to lack of co-operation from Tameside Council to reduce the fees to make them more affordable an alternative and less central venue is now being considered for 2014.

Please sign this petition so we can prove to Tameside Council that we love our town.
