Respected Prime Minister Hon.Narendra bhai Modiji,

We ,reputed members of Bharat's scientific community across domains,united in our concern for the global issue of climate change and also united by our love for our nation and in the tradition of our finest predecessors such as Dr.Swaminathan whose letter to tge then Prime Minister alerting him to the need for introducing genetically enhanced food grain seeds that initiated the green revolution would like to bring to your notice an equally important development related to climate change mitigation

An Indian scientist pioneered the concept of Carbon capture by genetically modified synthetic haemoglobin and has over a decade of committed efforts had it validated by eminent biotechnologists,enrolled the supports of domain specialists for implementation of the technology and has detailed and documented every step of implementation

Unfortunately in the course of attempting to raise funds for the endeavour his technology was exposed to a US businessman who is now in conjunction with a major N.American University proceeding to execute a pilot plant.

It is our earnest request that seeing the importance of this technology it is only rightful that its development and implementation should be taken up on a fast track basis with our national resources ,and the credit and benefit rightly accrue to our nation
