Support Julia Gurgov’s application

D Daniel Gurgov · US

To Whom It May Concern:

We, the undersigned members of the East Brunswick community, are writing to express our heartfelt support for Julia Gurgov and her family, and to respectfully request favorable consideration of her pending immigration application.

When Daniel and Julia Gurgov joined our community in 2020, we welcomed them with open arms. What we did not realize at the time was just how much warmth, energy, kindness, and togetherness they would bring into our lives.

From the very beginning, Daniel and Julia did more than simply become members of our community. They became an important part of its heart and spirit.

Every community is built upon the relationships between its families, neighbors, and friends. It is strengthened by people who genuinely care about others, who bring individuals together, and who are willing to give their time, energy, and resources to make life better for those around them.

Daniel and Julia have become exactly those kinds of people.

Through their involvement with our local synagogue, support of community programs and events, and willingness to open their home and hearts to others, they have helped create a stronger sense of unity, friendship, and belonging.

They bring people together across generations and backgrounds, encourage participation in community life, and are always willing to extend a helping hand when someone is in need.

Julia, in particular, has become a beloved and valued member of our community. Her warm personality, generosity, compassion, and genuine concern for others have touched many of the families who have come to know her.

She is someone who brings joy into a room, makes people feel welcomed and included, and consistently puts the happiness and well-being of others at the forefront.

Whether through organizing gatherings, supporting synagogue activities, celebrating important milestones, or simply being present for friends and neighbors during difficult times, Julia has helped create the close-knit and supportive environment that makes our community special.

In many ways, the Gurgov family brought a missing piece to our community—one that has helped nourish friendships, strengthen relationships, and bring new life and energy to our shared experiences.

Their involvement has never been about recognition or personal benefit. It has been about building meaningful connections, supporting one another, and ensuring that our community remains a place where families feel valued, connected, and supported.

Today, as Julia and her family face uncertainty surrounding her immigration status, we feel it is our responsibility as a community to stand beside them, just as they have stood beside so many of us.

The thought of Julia being separated from her husband, children, extended family, and the community she has helped strengthen is deeply troubling to all of us.

Her absence would not only create tremendous hardship for her family, but would also leave a meaningful void in the community that has come to know, respect, and love her.

We recognize the importance of our nation's immigration laws and respectfully ask that Julia's character, her positive contributions, her deep community ties, and the lasting relationships she has established receive compassionate consideration.

Julia is not simply a member of our community. She is part of what makes our community a family.

We, the undersigned, proudly stand in support of Julia Gurgov and sincerely hope that she will be given the opportunity to remain in the United States with her husband, children, family, and community, continuing the life they have worked so hard to build.

With heartfelt appreciation and support,

The Undersigned Members of the East Brunswick Community
