 The Ohio Student Excellence Initiative, will achieve the following,

1. Create 80,743 jobs in Ohio

2. Protect students from sexual predators

3. Allocate $2.58B to Ohio's special needs eduacation

4. Increase over-all state wide academic performance

5. Protect students and prevent mass school shootings.

6. Give veterans job opportunities in Ohio's department of education

7. Mandate raises for all Ohio teachers/educators

8. Provide free in school tutoring

9. Enforce the ADA to implement resources for pedestrians and students whom walk to school daily

10. Cap class room student-to-teacher ratio at 1:16

11. Ohio ranks 5th in the United States in over all mass school shootings

12. Ohio ranks 46th in the entire United States, in equitable distrobution of education funds

13. Ohio ranks 26th in the United States, for student-to-teacher ratio

Ohio's Education Data Base contains discriminatory hiring practices, that the supreme court already ruled unconstitutional, but still remains in affect

14. South-east and south-west Ohio schools are a historical high student-to-teacher ratio

15. Distrobution of Ohio Teacher workforce as of 2024, placed more teachers in areas based off of race, gender and ethnicity

16. (OSEI) will prohibit hiring, funding and distrobution from being based off of race, no ones race is greater, no gender is greater

17. The Ohio Student Excellence Iniative, aims to provide an equal opportunity for quality education, in all of Ohio's public-schools (FTE)
