We, the undersigned residents and stakeholders of the [woman Empowerment Of Ephraim Mogale Local Municipality], hereby respectfully petition for the creation of a Community Forum to foster open communication, transparency, and collaboration between residents and local leadership.
Purpose of the Community Forum:
- To provide a regular platform for community members to voice concerns, ask questions, and propose solutions.
- To discuss local issues including safety, development, public services, events, and infrastructure.
- To encourage civic engagement and build stronger connections within our community.
- To promote transparency and accountability from local governance or representative bodies.
- To be given opportunity to hire 30% of any ongoing project that is happening in Ephraim Mogale local government and surrounding infrastructures.
- To stop any form of sexual abuse / gender violence from our leaders
- To stop any primal activities happening around our community and selling of Jobs.
- Empowering woman
- Opportunity to sit in any recruitment board meeting to represent woman like it is done with man.
- Request support from police and any legal assistance if needed from our local municipality
We believe that a recurring community forum—whether held monthly, quarterly, or as needed—will be instrumental in strengthening the social fabric and addressing both immediate and long-term concerns in a constructive and inclusive manner.
We kindly request that the appropriate steps be taken to formally establish and support this initiative.
