The former laindon hotel land has been vacant for many of years, no one has even come forward to do anything with the land. laindon residents have been promised for many years that the nearby laindon shopping centre is  going to be redeveloped and that a new shopping centre is to be built. but there have been many let downs.

Laindon holdings have  come up wiht an idea a kfc drive through. but many  people are objecting to it and it was about time and i could sit here no longer and allow other people to  make there opinions heard.

 

we have a facebook page but now after the recent refusal by councillors even though it was put forward for approval . so we need to take it up. the meeting paper stated that the boring no campaigners only had 472 signitures and 110 letters. but we have more support then that and that is only in the form of facebook.

we need to make it offical and put our support out there.
