Недавно в Приднестровье были приняты поправки в статью 243 УК ПМР, которые позволяют уничтожение бездомных животных без ветеринарного заключения и без попытки их спасти. Это означает, что любое животное, включая потерянных домашних питомцев, может быть уничтожено без последствий для виновных.
Мы требуем:
- Наложить вето на принятые поправки.
- Принять гуманный закон о защите животных, предусматривающий стерилизацию, вакцинацию, передержку и создание приютов.
- Создать комиссию по разработке эффективных и цивилизованных мер по решению проблемы безнадзорных животных.
