DEMAND FOR AN IMMEDIATE SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING WITH THE SHARON PARK LIFESTYLE ESTATE HOA COMMITTEE AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS

To the Sharon Park Lifestyle Estate Board of Directors and Chairperson:

WE, THE UNDERSIGNED RESIDENTS OF SHARON PARK LIFESTYLE ESTATE, EXPRESS OUR PROFOUND DISCONTENT AND UTTER LACK OF CONFIDENCE IN THE CURRENT HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION (HOA) COMMITTEE AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS. THEIR CONTINUED FAILURE TO ACT IN THE BEST INTERESTS OF THE RESIDENTS, ENSURE TRANSPARENT AND ACCOUNTABLE GOVERNANCE, AND ADDRESS OUR LEGITIMATE CONCERNS REGARDING THE MANAGEMENT AND OPERATION OF THE ESTATE IS UNACCEPTABLE. THIS IS FURTHER EXACERBATED BY THE UNACCEPTABLE AND EQUALLY IMPACTFUL DELAYS EXPERIENCED AT THE ESTATE GATE BY BOTH COMPLIANT AND NON-COMPLIANT RESIDENTS.

The ongoing deficiencies of the current committee are detrimental to the well-being of Sharon Park Lifestyle Estate residents and the proper functioning of our community. The consistent and indiscriminate gate delays are a daily frustration and a clear indication of mismanagement that affects every single resident, regardless of their compliance status.

THEREFORE, WE DEMAND:
AN IMMEDIATE SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING WITH THE ENTIRE SHARON PARK LIFESTYLE ESTATE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND CHAIRPERSONS NAMELY SANDILE TSIE, NTOMBIKHONA MLAMBO-KGOTIANE, BELINDA MABULE, AND SIBONGILE NTSHANGASE MUST BE HELD ON MONDAY, 21 APRIL 2025. This meeting must address the systemic failures of the current committee, including the unacceptable and disruptive gate delays affecting all residents.
