Your voice was heard - The City Suspended the tower application

Dear Petition participant

 

I have sent a letter to the city of eastvale manager and
planning department and indicated the following concerns as well as a reference
to all signatures



  1. The timing of the letter provides a very short notice to residents around this area, leave them with a 5 business days to comment on such development.
  2. The land is planned for a school, what happened to this school project ? is this facility will impact the school project ?, is there any study provided to resolve this planning issue?, Does the DOE has a standard preventing schools from being built within a certain radius from such facilities ? who evaluating this issue at the city of Eastvale ?
  3. Is there any study been made to comply with city of Eastvale code
    - chapter 120.05 in regards to height limitation from residents ?
  4. Is there any study been made to comply with the aircraft zone and
    FAA , is this tower will create any issue to flights at corona airport and
    eventfully increasing possibility for flight accidents in this area ?
  5. Is there any study been performed for the electromagnetic
    frequency (EMF) expected to come from tower and the health impact associated
    with such waves , what is the current EMF and what is excepted to be ? Is the

  6. Is the legal impact associated with this tower
    if approved and caused a health  issue been reviewed by the city , Who
    will pay for a class action if a residents claim cancer or health related
    problem from this tower ?


A few hours later the city responded to our petition and temporary
hold the application pending on other approval , since this issue has a wide
interest it will have a public hearing if proceeded later.

 

Thank you for everyone effort in signing this petition , We
should continue to keep an eye on this matter ,and  aware other residents of such matter  to sign the petition as we will need it during
the public hearing if this matter proceed further
