Balmoral Section 5 Pedestrian Gates Petition

We, the homeowners at Balmoral Section 5 respectfully request that all pedestrian gates be locked 24/7, and that only homeowners are provided with access. All homeowners in the sections stated above have purchased homes within these gated areas with intent of having extra security, safety, and privacy. 

We, the undersigned believe that it is unjust to all individuals within these sections who are required to pay extra annual fees for amenities that were promised and not upheld by the Balmoral Property Owners Associations. Please consider our request to install keypads on pedestrian gates and prove access codes for residents only. 

To conclude, we would also appreciate a notification in writing stating that gate fees will remain partial until gates are operating at full capacity.
