Change The Homeswap System!!

The homeswap system is not fit for purpose. We have a massive housing crisis and yet people who are adequately housed are wanting to swap for no priority reason. They just "Fancy a change" because they are bored, or they want to move to get "a larger garden", "parking for 3 cars", and turning down flats etc. Thats not acceptable, especially when we have those genuine people who just need an extra bedroom, or to move areas because of work or some other commitments. People need to be grateful they have a roof over their heads and not demanding luxury added extras! Its an absolute joke and must be stopped asap!
