Council refuse planning for new dementia home - not needed

Please help overturn the planners refusal for state of the art dementia home with hospice/end of life wing. The unit will be a centre of excellence for the care of dementia sufferers, especially when you consider there are more and more sufferers taking up hospital beds that could be utilised. Newark&Sherwood will not accept the need and have insisted that we prove there is the need for this kind of unit.
