England Student Fees Increase Unfair
Why is it that Wales and Scotland can provide help for student fees when England can't? If Wales and Scotland can avoid increases then so should England, it makes the education system elitist to those who can afford and those who live outside England. Our English government supports Wales and Scotland financially, in other words it could be said that English taxes are being used to bolster education in Scotland and Wales. This is wrong the UK should be united in education; fees included. Fees need to be the same if one part of the UK pays increases so should the others and vice versa; if Welsh and Scottish students are not being penalised by higher student fees then neither should English students. IT IS SO WRONG. We are the United Kingdom and as such education fees should also be united. If Wales and Scotland can afford to help students, then England can. Something has to be done to protect English students entering higher education. Please sign to protest against these university fee increases.
