FAIR FUNKO DISTRIBUTION IN CANADA

Funko distribution in Canada is very limited and giving rights to one large company/corporation to distribute is not fair. The niche market sellers who understand and protect the Funko brand as well as the collectors should be able to purchase these product with easy and not being forced onto the price gouging second hand market because the big box company cannot distribute this product correctly or fairly to the consumers an don’t care about the brand only their bottom lines. I even wonder if a Funko brand ambassador from headquarters have even visited some of the store where these products are being sold, to see if it meets there standards.

Toys-R-Us who I belive currently has the Market right to most exclusive funko figures, does not care about the consumer and constantly cancels orders and or does not protect the brand buy allowing product to be destroyed in their stores by customers, so the collector can’t purchase it for example: Funko soda cans opened so as defeating the object of collecting them as the whole fun is to see if you get a chase or not. Boxes damaged put on the shelves for sale. Also can never find the product for sale on the website always says out of stock when you try an order or they cancel the order later especially comic con exclusives as well as of late Funko exclusives. Please also note that most area in Toys-R-Us are not monitored hence the reason for the vinyl soda cans getting opened and pops being damaged on the shelves. Also I have heard of customers who order online getting opened vinyl soda cans this is totally unacceptable.

We need Funko to hear us, the Canadian Funko community and give fair distribution rights in Canada also provide an avenue where our dedicated Funko shops in Canada  can buy direct or at the very least have contact person at Funko headquarters where they can pitch ideas and not just be ignored. These type of shops will serve you better than the Toys-R-Us of the world, as they understand the brand and what the consumers are looking for!!

So join us and let’s see if we can get funko’s to the actual collectors in Canada

WHY NOT CANADA?

 I have more like this but couldn't get them to upload. It seems as though they always cancel orders on exclusive from cons and funko shop and shared exclusives.
