A person so negligent and unconscionably cruel does not deserve to hold any form of leadership position. An additional petition on Avaaz or Care2 would be a good idea to take this global. |

Clearly she lacks responsibility, compassion, and accountability. If you can't care for animals, you can't care for humans. This is a tragic and horrifying way for animals to be treated. |
