JUSTICE for Burmeister's sake!

It is so unfair and it looks like its a race thing again. If the do something wrong they keep their medical aid, pension and part of their salary for years if they are suspensed. I hope he get a brilliant lawyer and sue all crap out of the Saps, so that they learn to choose wisley in the future

1. What happened to be innocent until proven guilty? Everyday high ranking government officials are accused of much greater crimes than a missing laptop, and remain in their postions while enquiries and investigations take place for years on end...

2. This man have be found "not guilty". Will he be compensated for lost income and stress undue stress put on his family? 

3. I have known for a long time the SAPS Knysna is broken, with family members of high ranking state official participating in drug production/trade/use with seemingly zero risk due to connections for when/if they get caught. No point in rasing the issue because the citizen reporting issue will be the only one who will be negatively affected. 

4. As tax paying citizens, can we expect the officers who lied in general and under oath that they  would now also be prosecuted like Burmeister was?

5. Why has Mr. Burmeister not be reinstated yet??

 If Knysna residents are ever to have any faith or trust in our local Police Service then it is imperative that appropriate action be taken against all those involved in this obvious frame up and also that Johann Burmeister be offered re-instatement with full back pay and an apology.

Without honest police, we have no hope. Bring back honest, genuine police officers who can be trusted. Bring back Burmie and the likes thereof and let's be proud of our town once more. Well done, Burmie, for hanging in there. We are so proud of you!

Was this action against Mr Burmeister taken because of jealousy, hatred, some other actions on SAP side that needed to stay in the dark, or maybe individuals in Knysna where things got too hot for them? Shame on you SAP of Knysna, shame! There should be a high priority investigation into the cases he handled at that time - maybe then there will be light at the end of this tunnel and he can be re-instated with wef date of dismissal.

I signed this Petition as I support the Burmeisters and I believe that the errant SAPS members should be prosecuted. However, petitions don't have any 'locus standi' in a court of law and public opinion cannot sway decisions in a properly constituted court. The Burmeister need public support in a more tangible manner during the long and arduous struggle with the processes against the state. I suggest that Allsound gives Burmie a job in the interim. iTfuture loans them a laptop...

The cops in Knysna, Plett and George are rotten to the core and the whole structure starting from the top which includes the station commanders, captains should be shaken up. What a disgrace that our SAP force will go down in the annuals of history as a most corrupt citizen force been (dishonest, dishonourable, unscrupulous, unprincipled, amoral, untrustworthy, underhand, deceitful, double-dealing, disreputable, discreditable, shameful, scandalous and incompetent bunch of people). There names and surnames will always be a shame on their future generations.

 I totally agree, and people that keep quiet about this are also guilty, so i feel if anybody knows factual information should get in contact with me, i shall gladly expose these people, do not be affraid for once in your life do the right thing!!
